1) About ADOMAC Farm

ADOMAC Farm is a Nigerian farm business under MOACAB Limited, providing farm produce and related services through farm-adomac.net.

2) Products and Availability

  • Product availability may change based on harvest and supply conditions.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or confirm orders where necessary.
  • Natural variation in size, color shade, and appearance may occur because our products are farm produce.

3) Pricing

  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
  • The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

4) Ordering and Preorder Rules

  • Orders require a minimum 48 hours notice.
  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
  • Pickup is available Monday to Friday.
  • We do not fulfill delivery or pickup on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If a customer requests a Sunday or public holiday, the order may be marked Needs Confirmation, and we will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm the final date.

5) Payments and Payment Confirmation

We accept payment by:

  • Bank transfer
  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Bank deposit

Important payment notes:

  • Online payment is available for orders with a minimum total order of 2kg.
  • For bank transfer and bank deposit, delivery or pickup will only be completed after we confirm payment has been received in our account (not only proof).
  • For POS, payment must be successful and confirmed at the point of transaction.

6) Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup are subject to our Delivery and Pickup Policy.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be reachable for delivery.
  • If a customer is not available at the delivery point, we may wait up to 15 minutes and then mark the order as Delivery Attempted.

7) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before processing starts.
  • Once processing has started (harvest, sorting, packaging), cancellation may not be possible.

8) Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

9) Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
  • Interfere with the website’s security or performance

10) Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to ADOMAC Farm (MOACAB Limited) unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

11) Limitation of Liability

We work hard to provide accurate information and quality products. However:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, logistics disruptions, network issues).
